I found the gym to be amazing. It had a super big space and included boxing bags, great for anyone keen on sports (a real bonus!). a large parking area was available and breakfast was tasty. even though breakfast options were somewhat limited, i found the food enjoyable.
i did find that the room felt a little small, a slight inconvenience. honestly about the room size would have been preferable.

the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to assist guests . i was able to use the spa after checking out, very convenient, i had time to relax a little bit longer.

the gym was quite large and had boxing bags. the breakfast was also good, although options seemed somewhat limited. i found the parking facilities to be extensive , offering ample space.
the staff seemed lazy at reception. they were standing around while i figured out where to go. later , i was asked to go to another desk. the room was also smaller than i expected.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and the bed offered great comfort! The shower was powerful and provided hot water consistently. I enjoyed the relaxing spa area a lot, especially the pool with its perfect temperature.
The room felt a bit too small. There wasn't much space to put my suitcase.

Adequate , but Disappointing Room Service
no menucash refusal
I was frustrated when I discovered there was no room service menu in my room. I had to call down to reception to find out what options were available , a minor inconvenience I didn't expect. Also , the bar staff refused to take cash after a certain hour , forcing me to charge everything to the room or go without a drink.
